Your data will be held on our secure servers. The information we hold about your organisation and your roles will be kept on Action Point database. Only role info and your contact details will be made publicly available via Volunteer Plus. You will enter and manage your own information on our system. Action Point will not share your data with anyone else without your permission.
Once you have registered you can add volunteer roles to your organisation profile. Within five working days we will check your registration details and contact you if further information is needed. This is to make sure that all organisations meet our criteria and our minimum quality standards.
When you have been approved your roles will go live on the website.

Bulletin
Volunteers can sign up to recieve our monthly bulletin which lists all the latest volunteer roles, they can download it from our website or pick up a paper copy from our office!
As an accredited member of NCVO, Keighley & District Volunteer Centre provides support at a local level for individual volunteers and volunteer involving organisations by implementing five core functions:
1. Strategic Development of Volunteering
Outcome: Through the activity of the Volunteer Centre and its engagement with local networks and decision makers there is a positive environment in which volunteering is flourishing.
2. Good Practice Development
Outcome: Through the activity of the Volunteer Centre and its engagement with local networks and decision makers there is a positive environment in which volunteering is flourishing.
3. Developing Volunteering Opportunities
Outcome: The Volunteer Centre’s development activity increases and improves the quantity, quality, and diversity of volunteering locally.
4. Voice of Volunteering
Outcome: Through the Volunteer Centre’s activities there is an increased awareness of the issues impacting on volunteering.
5. Brokerage
Outcome: Through the Volunteer Centre’s activities the general public and all sectors are better informed about and have access to an effective and efficient brokerage service.
